  1. Red meat:

As mentioned above, the menstrual cycle is associated with the breakdown of the uterine lining. After the breakage, the residue is excreted out from the uterus with the help of prostaglandins that your body produces. These prostaglandins are also rich in red meat. So if the uptake of red meat is much, then the increased level of prostaglandins will create an increased contraction of the walls of the uterus. This will result in a painful sensation.

Other than these, there are many different meals that can boost your nerves and result in better memory, with the help of hormones that are released during this.
