In simple words, PMS stands for premenstrual syndrome. It is a condition that occurs to women a few days before the menstrual cycle.   • Avoid spicy, oily, and deep-fried food.

How long do PMS symptoms last? The answer is quite a while. These are not all the ways for a better routine but enough to help a person with PMS and PMS-related anxiety to help themselves and maintain their lives during those days.
