In simple words, PMS stands for premenstrual syndrome. It is a condition that occurs to women a few days before the menstrual cycle. PMS makes a woman go through several episodes of moodiness, bloating, fatigue, cravings, and other symptoms. PMS-related anxiety is an episode of anxiety that is correlated with PMS. How long do PMS symptoms last? The answer is quite a while. These are not all the ways for a better routine but enough to help a person with PMS and PMS-related anxiety to help themselves and maintain their lives during those days.
